Compare the meek size of the factory tie-rod next to the girth of the H.D. link. Narrowtrack axles measure approximately 43" from the center of the tie rod hole in the driver side to the center of the tie rod hole in the passenger side. Widetrack axles measure approximately 46" from the center of the tie rod hole in the driver side to the center of the tie rod hole in the passenger side.

* Jeep
using a reverse shackle or with an axle moved forward of the factory
placement will be required to bolt center link below the knuckle (As
pictured).
* System requires drilling the taper in the knucle to accept a 5/8" bolt. * Stock stabilizer bracket will not bolt to the H.D. link. Applications that wish to retain the OE steering stabilizer can purchase a universal shock bracket from most four-wheel drive shops (Poison Spyder does not carry this item). * This steering system is for spring under suspensions only. Not intended for spring overs. * 2.5" to 4" lifted CJ's do not require a drop pitman arm. Any additional lift will. * Kit is for off-road use only. * Please specify wide or narrow track when ordering. |
