Crusher Corners are a Jeep corner armor that are built for the off-road enthusiast who likes to play in the big rocks. Poison Spyder corner protection is the paramount component in avoiding body damage to your Jeep. Choose from our standard corner or design your own to fit your crawler's unique needs.
Jeep armor is precision cut from 60,000 to 80,000 psi yield strength 3/16" laser plate steel. Additionally formed on a roller die for a smooth un-scored surface. Corner protection is soundly fastened by 3/8" counter sunk stainless hardware, which is evenly placed around the outer edges.
Crusher Flares are a sturdy addition to your Jeep's Crusher corners. Flares are constructed from 1.5" .125 wall tubing, with an 1/8 plate fender support. Crusher Flares add a coverage extension that can be hit, slid-on and help to keep your trail rigs tire coverage legal. Furthermore, Crusher Flares are a great compliment to Jeeps using Poison Spyder tube fenders both in function and aesthetics. Jeep Crusher flares are available in both a 3" and 6" width. The 3" width matches the factory flare coverage, where the 6" wide flares cater to the Jeep that needs additional coverage due to wider tires or axles.
Competition Cut Crusher Corners are available with a 3" Flare to aid in providing tire coverage. 6" Flare is not available on Competition Cut Corners.
Crusher Corners, when used in conjunction with Poison Spyder rocker protection, give your jeep an impenetrable defense against rock damage. The two body armor pieces fit together at the rear flare area, guarding your Jeep from the front wheel well to the tailgate.
Standard corner protection comes with either a 4 1/8" round taillight hole that will perfectly fit a high intensity LED or provisions to accommodate a OE (factory) box light. The LED light option adds a sleek element to the corners design that makes damaging your light assembly difficult. Factory box lights are a direct bolt-on.

Standard corner armor has six basic features. They utilize the stock flare, with mounting holes and a wheel well that matches the original opening. Corners are also slotted to accommodate tailgate hinges on TJ's & YJ's and re-enforce factory tire carriers on CJ models. Standard corners also accommodate OEM gas filler openings. However standard corners only come with 4 1/8" round taillight holes, not the original box light. However, TJ and LJ corners are available with the LED taillight or OE (factory) taillight provisions. On TJ's the holes for the licence plate are pre-cut.

The elements that would constitute a modified corner are the removal of any of the standard features or change in the wheel well opening. The modifications that you can make include deleting the licence plate holes on TJ's; removal of factory gas filler, fender flare, or tire carrier holes and tailgate hinge slots, or the changing of a YJ or CJ to a TJ style filler.
