Front bolt-on bracket is the spring mount and reverse shackle.  Bracket is designed for 2.5" wide springs.  Narrower springs can be used, but additional spacers are required.  Front bracket also moves the front axle 1" forward of stock position.  This assists in tire clearance as the axle rotates rearward under compression.

Rear weld-on brackets outboard the rear shackles.  Brackets have built in positioning tabs marked "P" for passenger side and "D" for driver side.  These tabs fit snuggly in front body mount supports to locate and install brackets easily.

The Poison Spyder Customs outboard kit is very versatile.  The rear outboard bracket has ten possible shackle positions.  This allows the ability to change height, compression, and droop of the suspension by adjusting the shackle angle.  The shackle hanger bolts to the bracket, so fine tuning your suspension is simple.  This multi-positioning feature also gives you the ability to run spring-under or spring-over suspension.  Spring over applications can utilize up to a 5" longer than stock spring for extra droop and softer ride.

What does the Poison Spyder Customs outboard kit provide?

1. Front spring mount/reverse shackle bracket.

2. Rear shackle outboard brackets.

3. Shackle mounting plates.  These plates bolt between the outboard brackets and the spring hanger to allow full shackle movement.

4. Winch plate spacers.  The front spring bracket has a 1/4" gap between the frame to allow for winch plate brackets.  If you don't have a winch then these brackets fill the gap.

5. Steering box spacers.  A CJ's steering box supports bolt to the front original front spring hanger.  These spacers take their place.

6. All nuts and bolts for parts provided.

7. The best thing that the Poison Spyder Customs kit provides is ease of installation and the time saved.

What the kit does not provide:

1. Brake lines, brake parts or steering

2. U-bolts and u-bolt plates, shocks or shock mounts, springs or related components.

3. Shackle hanger.  When using a 2.5" wide spring, a rear CJ spring hanger is required.  If front stock width springs are being used, original front hanger can be utilized.

4. Any parts for the rear axle swap.  Although rear spring perches can be provided from Posion Spyder Customs separately.

* With the exception of the rear outboard brackets, all parts are powder coated black.

* Kit does work with Dodge axles, but will pull in leaf springs 1/2" at the axle mount.  It is recommended to use one of the above listed axles.

* Kit will lift front 3/4" over stock position.
